ORDERING

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply browse our collections, find the item that speaks to you, and click Add to Cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the simple steps to complete your purchase.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: Please contact us immediately at support@elevatesips.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

SHIPPING

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?

A: Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!

Q: What are your glasses made of?

A: Our vessels are crafted from high-quality, lead-free crystal and premium glass, chosen for their beauty and durability.

Q: Are your glasses dishwasher safe?

A: Some of our pieces can handle the dishwasher, but we generally recommend hand washing to preserve the clarity and brilliance of your glassware for years to come. When in doubt, hand wash — your glasses will thank you! 😊

Q: Do you sell individual glasses or only sets?

A: Our collections vary — some items are available as sets of 2 or 4, and others are sold individually. Each product listing will show the available options so you can choose what works best for you.

Q: Are these glasses suitable for everyday use?

A: Absolutely! That’s exactly what ElevateSip is all about — bringing beauty and intention to your everyday moments, not just special occasions.

RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. To begin a return, please email us at support@elevatesips.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number — this step is required before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to ship your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: What if my glasses arrive broken?

A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elevatesips.com with photos of the damage and we’ll make it right with a replacement right away.
