We stand behind every vessel we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at support@elevatesips.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number — this step is required before sending anything back. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to ship your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you by email and process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elevatesips.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
