Your vessels are on their way.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.95 on all orders within the United States.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. The carrier is selected based on the most efficient and cost-effective option for your order.

Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email at the address used at checkout. This email will include your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@elevatesips.com with photos and we’ll make it right immediately.
